A client or contact has a question outside your expertise and would value an introduction.
We discuss your activity, your clients’ needs and the proposed scope of our collaboration.
We check the applicable requirements and insurer agreements, then set out the roles and any remuneration in writing.
Your client contacts me directly or agrees in advance to the sharing of their contact details. No insurance advice is expected from you.
I assess the needs, explain suitable options and handle the application process. Any update to you respects the client’s agreement and confidentiality.
Subject to eligibility and prior written agreement.
Any referral remuneration is assessed individually. Its availability and terms depend on Swiss law, applicable regulatory requirements and the agreements with the insurers concerned.
This possibility is assessed case by case, after checking the applicable rules, your professional obligations and the agreements with the insurers concerned. No product or partner is automatically eligible.
Before any referral, a written agreement must specify eligible products, the rate and calculation basis, payment conditions and any repayment following cancellation or a commission clawback. Health insurance is subject to additional remuneration limits.
This page invites a discussion and does not create any entitlement to payment. Any collaboration remains subject to prior verification of the applicable conditions. It does not imply approval by FINMA.
No. This model is limited to an introduction. I handle needs assessment, product recommendations and applications. If you intend to advise on or help conclude contracts, a different regulatory assessment is required.
Yes. An introduction creates no obligation to buy insurance. My advice must reflect the client’s needs and interests.
The collaboration must be transparent. We clarify the applicable information duties and any conflicts of interest. Depending on your mandate, a fee may belong to your client unless they validly waive repayment after receiving sufficient information. A partnership agreement alone does not replace that step.
Your client may contact me directly. Otherwise, obtain their prior agreement to share only the details needed for the introduction. Do not send medical information, insurance documents or other confidential records through the partnership form.
No. Any remuneration depends on prior verification of legal and contractual requirements and on a written agreement. No amount or payment is guaranteed.
